Administration Assistant
Hours:
- 32 hours per week/52 weeks per year
- Evenings and weekends may be necessary on occasion
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education or experience in an administrative setting required
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English; second language an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of Early Years/Community resources an asset
Community Speech and Language Pathologist
Hours:
- Part-time up to 28 hours
- Evenings and weekends may be necessary on occasion
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Related experience, preferably in a pediatric setting
- Certification with Hanen Centre is considered an asset

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary undergraduate degree/diploma
- Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) Diploma OR completion of the one year post graduate CDA Program
- Relevant internship/placement education experience
- Experience working with preschool children and families
- Eligibility for membership in the Communicative Disorders Assistants Association of Canada (CDAAC)
Data Entry Assistant
Hours:
- 21 hours per week/52 weeks
- Evenings and weekends may be necessary on occasion
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with experience in an administrative setting required
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to details, with speed and accuracy
- Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; second language an asset

Qualifications:
- RECE diploma or student in an accredited college or university ECE program
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated skill in creating graphics and using social media platforms
- Experience working with RECE and early years colleagues in early years settings
- First Aid and Infant/Child CPR Certificates
