W.E.R.E.C.E. Mentorship Program

The Windsor-Essex Registered Early Childhood Educators (W.E.R.E.C.E.) Mentorship Program is an opportunity for Early Years Professionals in Windsor-Essex to grow their capacity as educators through peer support and professional development experiences.

Over the course of the program, participants will embark on a partnership with one or more professionals to explore and achieve their goals for growth.

The W.E.R.E.C.E. Mentorship Program is supported by The Ministry of Education's Workforce Strategy to support the retention and recruitment of a high-quality child care and early years workforce.
